Wake Up Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup of brewed coffee, cooled in the fridge
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)
½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into a big cup and enjoy!
