Wake Up Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of brewed coffee, cooled in the fridge

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour smoothie into a big cup and enjoy!
