Vegan “Chicken” Caesar Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Siete Grain-Free Tortillas (I use Cassava Flour or Almond Flour, but any work) 
- 1 cup kale 
- ½ Persian cucumber, diced 
- ¼ avocado 
- 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Vegan Caesar Dressing 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes. Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds per side. 
- Place tortillas on a plate and top each tortilla with an even amount of kale, cucumber, and avocado. 
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the smart tenders in a single layer to the pan over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. 
- Add the tenders to the tacos then top with vegan caesar dressing. Enjoy!
