Creamy Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix thoroughly.

  2. Store in an air-tight container overnight.

  3. Before serving, mix the pudding thoroughly.

  4. Add your toppings in the morning (such as fruit, nut butter, and cacao nibs) & enjoy!
