Creamy Vanilla Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix thoroughly.
Store in an air-tight container overnight.
Before serving, mix the pudding thoroughly.
Add your toppings in the morning (such as fruit, nut butter, and cacao nibs) & enjoy!
