Vanilla Cauliflower “Oatmeal”

Ingredients

  • 1 cup riced cauliflower, steamed

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder* (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot on low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture thickens.

  2. Add toppings and enjoy!

Serving: 1

*If you don’t want your meal super sweet then use unflavored protein powder, such as Nuzest Just Natural. You can also use chocolate protein powder if you prefer that to vanilla.
