PB&J Overnight Oats
Ingredients
½ cup quick oats
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Optional: 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Raspberry Chia & Hemp Seed Jam
Instructions
To a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine.
Add the peanut butter and stir with a spoon, but it doesn’t need to be completely mixed.
Cover with a lid and put in the fridge to sit overnight.
Enjoy the next day and top with the Raspberry Chia & Hemp Seed Jam by spreading the jam with the back of a spoon to make swirl. Option to add more fruit, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon.
