PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Chia & Hemp Seed Jam

Instructions

  1. To a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine.

  2. Add the peanut butter and stir with a spoon, but it doesn’t need to be completely mixed.

  3. Cover with a lid and put in the fridge to sit overnight.

  4. Enjoy the next day and top with the Raspberry Chia & Hemp Seed Jam by spreading the jam with the back of a spoon to make swirl. Option to add more fruit, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon.
