Plant-Based Power Balls
Ingredients
1.5 cups of quick oats
2 bananas
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
4 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients to the large bowl.
Make small balls with the batter in your hand and place the balls on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy. You can have this dessert when it’s ready or at room temperature and it can be left on the counter for about 5 days.
