Plant-Based Power Balls

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of quick oats

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 4 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the large bowl.

  4. Make small balls with the batter in your hand and place the balls on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy. You can have this dessert when it’s ready or at room temperature and it can be left on the counter for about 5 days.

Serving: 16 - 20 Balls
