Raspberry Chia & Hemp Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small pot on the stove on low to medium heat.

  2. Mix every couple of minutes until it thickens.

Serving: 2 - 3
