Chocolate Chip Banana Bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 large bananas

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder* (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • ½ cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips**

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.

  3. Blend the oats in a blender then add the blended oats to the large bowl.

  4. Add the protein powder, flaxseed, and maple syrup to the large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Make small balls with the batter and place the balls on the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy. You can have this dessert when it’s ready or at room temperature as it can be left on the counter for about 5 days.

Serving: 12 balls

*If you don’t have this powder then use one scoop or 2 tbsp. of your favorite protein powder.
**I used these chocolate chips because they are smaller and vegan. If you choose to use normal size chocolate chips then use ¼ cup instead of ½ cup.
