Vegan “Cheesy Basil Pesto”
Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Use this sauce for your fave dish (salmon, pasta, palmini, etc.) and enjoy!
