Vegan “Cheesy Basil Pesto”

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil

  • 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Use this sauce for your fave dish (salmon, pasta, palmini, etc.) and enjoy!

Serving: 2 - 4
