Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
¼ cup pumpkin purée
1 date
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into a big cup and enjoy!
Serving: 1
*If you don’t pumpkin pie spice then you can use cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
