Blueberry Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • 1 scoop collagen (I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides)*

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour smoothie into a big cup and enjoy!

Serving: 1

*If you don’t have collagen then you can use 2 scoops of the vanilla protein powder.
