No-Bake Super Seed PB Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds

  • ⅓ cup shelled hemp seeds

  • ⅓ cup ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup goji berries

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground flaxseed.

  2. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to the bowl and mix well.

  3. Add the sunflower seeds and goji berries to the bowl and mix well.

  4. With slightly damp hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls (makes about 20 balls) and put on a plate.

  5. Refrigerate for about 3 hours to allow the bites to firm up. Enjoy once the bites are firm!
