Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

  • Lemon Juice from 2 lemons

  • Spices to taste: sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Drizzle on any salad and enjoy! This dressing is used for the Kale Chickpea Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing.

Serving: 6 - 12
