Classic Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
15.5 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), strained and rinsed
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, squeezed
Spices to taste: sea salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
instructions
Put all ingredients in a small blender and blend.
Place the hummus in a bowl then sprinkle paprika over it. Pair with any chip or veggie and enjoy!
