Classic Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), strained and rinsed

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • ¼ cup water

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon, squeezed

  • Spices to taste: sea salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder

instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small blender and blend.

  2. Place the hummus in a bowl then sprinkle paprika over it. Pair with any chip or veggie and enjoy!

Serving: 4 - 6
