Avocado Veggie Tuna Salad (Mayo-Free)

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. can (net weight) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained (I get from Trader Joe’s)

  • ¼ avocado

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, avocado, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Fold in carrots.

  3. Put tuna in a wrap, on a piece of bread, or on your salad. Enjoy!

Serving: 1-2
