Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • ½ cup quick oats

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot on low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture thickens.

  2. Pour mixture into a bowl then add toppings (such as peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, banana, and more cinnamon). Enjoy!
