Pumpkin Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)
½ cup quick oats
½ cup pumpkin purée
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a pot on low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture thickens.
Pour mixture into a bowl then add toppings (such as peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, banana, and more cinnamon). Enjoy!
