No-Bake PB Super Seed Granola Cups

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (use a new jar that hasn’t been in the fridge)

  • ⅔ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup chia, hemp, and flax seeds (I used the Organic Triple Omega Seed Mix)

  • ¼ cup cacao nibs

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl mix the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon

  2. Add in the seeds and cacao nibs and mix thoroughly.

  3. Place an even amount of mixture into muffin cup molds / cupcake liners. Make sure to pat down the mixture.

  4. Place in the fridge for 1 hour and 15 minutes then enjoy!
