No-Bake Almond Butter Granola Cups

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter (use a new jar that hasn’t been in the fridge)

  • ⅔ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup cacao chips or chocolate chips (I used Trader Joe’s Organic Completely Cacao Chips)

  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl mix the oats, almond butter, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon

  2. Add in the chips and coconut flakes and mix thoroughly.

  3. Place an even amount of mixture into muffin cup molds / cupcake liners. Make sure to pat down the mixture.

  4. Place in the fridge for 1 hour and 15 minutes then enjoy!
