Fall Energy Balls
Ingredients
2 large bananas
2 cups quick oats
⅔ cup pumpkin purée
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Blend the oats in a blender.
In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until completely mashed.
In a large bowl, mix the blended oats, mashed banana, pumpkin purée, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Add the pumpkin seeds and mix well.
Roll the dough into about 2 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Baking for 20 minutes then let them cool!
Enjoy these delicious balls that taste like fall! You can eat them on their own or break it apart and add it to a yogurt bowl.
