Cinnamon Superfood Granola
Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
½ cup almonds
¼ cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend the almonds in a blender.
Melt coconut oil for 15 seconds in the microwave.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine evenly.
Place the granola mixture on the baking sheet and spread evenly to create a flat layer.
Bake for 15 minutes then let the granola cool completely before breaking it apart into chunks.
Add the granola to your yogurt or milk and enjoy!
