Cinnamon Superfood Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • ½ cup almonds

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

  • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Blend the almonds in a blender.

  3. Melt coconut oil for 15 seconds in the microwave.

  4. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine evenly.

  5. Place the granola mixture on the baking sheet and spread evenly to create a flat layer.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes then let the granola cool completely before breaking it apart into chunks.

  7. Add the granola to your yogurt or milk and enjoy!
