Chocolate Coconut Banana Pops

  1. Peel the bananas then cut each banana in half.

  2. Insert a stick into each banana half.

  3. Microwave the chocolate chips for one minute then stir.

  4. Place the chips back in the microwave for 20 seconds.

  5. Dip each bananas into the melted chocolate and turn it to coat.

  6. Roll the chocolate covered bananas in the coconut flakes.

  7. You can eat immediately or freeze for 2 hours on a tray covered in saran wrap.
