Avocado Chickpea Mash
INGREDIENTS
½ cup chickpeas
¼ avocado
¼ lemon, juiced
Spices to taste: red pepper flakes, paprika, himalayan salt)
Optional: drizzle of Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, mash avocado and chickpeas with a fork.
Mix in lemon juice.
Add to any salad, wrap, or slice of bread and top with spices then the vinaigrette. Enjoy!
