Avocado Chickpea Mash

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup chickpeas

  • ¼ avocado

  • ¼ lemon, juiced

  • Spices to taste: red pepper flakes, paprika, himalayan salt)

  • Optional: drizzle of Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, mash avocado and chickpeas with a fork.

  2. Mix in lemon juice.

  3. Add to any salad, wrap, or slice of bread and top with spices then the vinaigrette. Enjoy!
