Avocado Banana Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)
1 cup frozen spinach
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango
¼ frozen avocado
2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into a big cup and enjoy.
