Asian Peanut Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bags of Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots (I buy from Trader Joe’s)

  • ¼ cup cup rice vinegar

  • ¼ cup cup coconut aminos

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • ⅔ cup peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, add the slaw bags & peanuts then set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the rice vinegar, coconut aminos, olive oil, and sesame oil.

  3. Serve as a side dish or the main attraction (grilled shrimp goes really well with this dish).

SERVING: 6 - 12
