Asian Peanut Slaw
INGREDIENTS
2 bags of Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots (I buy from Trader Joe’s)
¼ cup cup rice vinegar
¼ cup cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
⅔ cup peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, add the slaw bags & peanuts then set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the rice vinegar, coconut aminos, olive oil, and sesame oil.
Serve as a side dish or the main attraction (grilled shrimp goes really well with this dish).
