Apple Raisin Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 honeycrisp apple

  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond milk, protein powder, maple syrup, flaxseed, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.

  3. Dice the honey crisp apple.

  4. Add the raisins and diced apple to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.

  5. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

  6. Let the bake cool then cut them into bars and enjoy for breakfast or snack time!

Serving: 15 bars
