Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredients
3 cups of butternut squash chunks
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place squash chunks on the baking sheet, drizzle olive oil, and top with spices.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes then enjoy!
