Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of butternut squash chunks

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Spices to taste (salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Place squash chunks on the baking sheet, drizzle olive oil, and top with spices.

  3. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes then enjoy!
