PB&J Chocolate Cups

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 ¼ cups of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

  2. Fill 5 peanut butter cup molds with the melted chocolate chips (about 2 spoonfuls per mold) then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  3. Place 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in a layer (you don’t have to hit the edges) over the chocolate layer in each mold.

  4. Place 1 tablespoon of jam in a layer over the peanut butter in each mold.

  5. Melt 1 ¼ cups of chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

  6. Top each cup with the melted chocolate (about 2 spoonfuls). If you have extra chocolate — lick the spoon :)

  7. Freeze for about 3 hours then enjoy!
