Artichoke Tahini Dip made with avocado & spinach

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach

  • 1 small avocado

  • 2 cups artichoke hearts

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.

  2. Serve with chips/veggies and enjoy!
